At Najma Designs & Co, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive an incorrect item or one that is defective due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds are not offered. If eligible, you will receive store credit for the value of the item.
  • You may also choose to exchange the item instead of receiving store credit.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
  • Customized or stitched suits are non-returnable as they are tailored specifically for you.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
