RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At NajmaDesigns & Co., we take pride in our handcrafted, hand-embroidered pieces. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under these specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
  • Items damaged during transit from our facility to you

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Photographic evidence of defect or damage submitted with return request
  • Return request initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refund Policy

Approved returns for damaged or defective items will receive store credit only. Store credit:

  • Equals the full purchase price of the returned item
  • Never expires
  • Can be applied to any future purchase

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at najmadesignsco.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. Await return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Ship the item back following our provided instructions
  5. Receive store credit once we inspect and approve the return

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
